Somebody from the car club went to Nascar last weekend. Johnson won again this week.
I MIGHT actually pay attention to who is ahead... It's always exciting because the 2nd week is in CA but after that, not until Oct.
The next big race is the Long Beach Grand Prix, which is somewhat more interesting because they have a car expo in the adjacent convention center.
I promised Denise I would help at the barn. There wasn't much to do.
Denise's dad was well enough to get on the tractor and turn the arena. It's still all mud but very pretty and flat, now. At least there's a tractor now. We need a few tons of sand.
I went for a walk on the property.
A few weeks ago, Denise said somebody brought kids and they discovered a tire swing down at the bottom of the hill.
Today I finally saw where it was, but I didn't feel like hiking to it!
I haven't been to the beach all month. There's usually a kite festival this time of year but I guess I missed it.
There were tsunami warnings, here is a local website with a video. Didn't miss much.
